Great service On Monday, March 16, 2020 I brought my L Certified 2017 Lexus ES350 in for the 30,000 mile service, when I purchased the Lexus it was previously owned On Monday, March 16, 2020 I brought my L Certified 2017 Lexus ES350 in for the 30,000 mile service, when I purchased the Lexus it was previously owned and had 25,000 miles. Joey Pouge the service advisor came to see while the vechile was being serviced and advised me that I needed two new font tires. I explained to Joey that when I purchased the 2017 Lexus that it was L certified and I was told that the tread depth of the tires of was greater than 50% of new tires. I told Joey that I had driven the Lexus for less that 5,000 miles and did not think that I should have to purchase the two tires. Joey went to bat for me and the tires were replaced at no charge. My Lexus was keep overnight and I was provided a 2019 Lexus ES350 loaner at no cost. More
