She kept me updated with a couple of issue I had and walked me out to my car to show the defects. I also REALY like being able to watch my vehicle being worked on. The service technician was VERY meticulous and thorough as he inspected underneath my car. Another guy waiting on his car agreed with me that the floor was so clean in the garage, you could eat off of it! More
