Jim Hudson Lexus is the best dealership we’ve ever dealt with. The car buying experience was easy, and the service is spectacular. We live two hours from the dealership yet they pick up our car for servicin with. The car buying experience was easy, and the service is spectacular. We live two hours from the dealership yet they pick up our car for servicing at no extra charge and leave a quality loaner car. We’ve even received artwork depicting our cars and handwritten cards from the owners. Jim Hudson cares about their customers and that’s important to my husband and me! More

Customer Review: Disappointed with Service Experience I arrived at Jim Hudson Lexus at 9:15 AM for a scheduled service appointment, only to find that my service advisor wasn’t there—and no Experience I arrived at Jim Hudson Lexus at 9:15 AM for a scheduled service appointment, only to find that my service advisor wasn’t there—and no one informed me of this ahead of time. I ended up standing around for about 20 minutes without anyone offering assistance, though Dominic kindly offered to get me some coffee. When the advisor finally showed up, the interaction felt rushed. This resulted in over $200 of unnecessary work being done to my vehicle. I was told the service would take 2 to 2.5 hours, but after waiting the full 2.5 hours, I had to follow up myself to ask about the status. The advisor assured me it would only be another 30-45 minutes, but I was advised I could skip the car wash and speed things up—I declined. It was another two hours before I was back in my car and able to leave. Throughout this entire process, no one informed me about delays or provided updates. This lack of communication and extended wait time made this the worst service experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. I expected much better from a dealership like Jim Hudson Lexus, but this experience was a major disappointment. More
