I worked with Erik Due and he is always so helpful and answers all of my questions. (I worked with Erik last time at my very first visit and I will always ask for him) I had a question while I was waiting answers all of my questions. I have received an excellent schedule maintenance auto check up. I was sent an email with a video showing that I had an issue w/ rear right tire and the tire had to be replace. Eric not only advised me with my 2017 Lexis SUV. He accomplished service in record time !!! After service he set up my phone so that I could use Siri!!!
