With so many businesses forgetting about customer service. Jim Hudson Lexus is the complete opposite. The customer service is top notch, Tanner was wonderful. They have lived up to their promise when purchased. There was one small glitch with this service. I had to call to see if they had forgotten cause they were much later picking up the car than usual!
