He also made sure both of our phones were synced to the Bluetooth. Grant, in the business office, was very helpful in the information he shared with us and in answering our questions. When we arrived to pick up the car, he was efficient in what we needed to sign and had us ready to meet with Brad again quickly. When we first arrived at Jim Norton to start the looking process, Janelle, who is at the reception desk, was very helpful in getting us a good salesman to work with. We appreciated that attention.
