I have been dealing with JNT since 2004 and have always found them to be friendly and helpful with timely service. Since I live a good distance from Tulsa, the nice waiting area is much appreciated. My most recent visit was for a routine 10k service, but a problem with a leaking oil seal required a second visit with the vehicle left overnight. I was given a new Camry for a loaner, and picked my car up the next day. Two or three days later I checked the engine oil and discovered it was over-filled more than 2 inches above the upper dipstick mark. When I drained oil to get the level between the two indicator marks, there appeared to be about 4 quarts of oil in the drain pan. My guess is that the vehicle was given two servings of oil, and the level was not checked before release. Whatever, this indicates a QC problem. I did let Josh Pippin know of the problem, and he advised that since the condition was only for a short time and limited mileage, he didn't think there was concern of damage. More

I really love dealing with JNT service dept. They take care of all of my vehicles plus my daughter's. Nobody is perfect, but I believe they try to serve the customers as best they can. I think they have had to make some operational changes in the last couple years (just an observation), but the changes were almost transparent to the customer. JNT is a good business that hasn't lost the value of the customer. If I could give 6 stars to anyone, it would be David Holmes. I know that his job is pushing services that are needed, but as a 65 year old man with a lot of life experience, I never caught him trying to "over sell" a service as some do. That would just tick me off. The primary reason JNT gets all these kudos from me is David. He has outstanding customer service skills and presents the techs findings intelligently. I could keep going but my thumb is overworked. I believe JNT will treat you right. More

I did not want to finance this time but they talked me into at least talking. Of course he had me sign. I insisted on staying with my bank and ended up with some other bank. Told him I needed to stay around 200 and he first offer was 336.00. Talked too fast and had me sign to fast. And this was all before the car had been detailed and checked out which I should not have signed. Waste of their time because I cancelled everything and went with my bank as I originally knew I wanted. Buying a car should be a fun experience. I do like my car though. So far. More
