With regard to the service department, a simple 10,000 mile service was not a favorable experience. The oil change resulted in dripping oil noticed on the garage floor. After investigation it appears from sloppy cleanup after oil filter removal. That investigation led to the discovery of the air filter housing not being screwed back down. All 4 screws were left completely unscrewed. With a very expensive new vehicle this experience instills a vote of no confidence and leaves me wondering if I should trust my new vehicle in the hands of someone who cares so little. More

They were able to assist me in finding a great new used car, when we very suddenly lost our vehicle due to a failed catalytic conver was a great one. We were very distraught by suddenly being without a vehicle & the salesman, Hector Diaz, was very kind & helpful and offered us several choices of a new vehicle to make sure we would be satisfied in what we were purchasing. Bootsy Barnes was very kind & understanding when it came to my financial situation as well as Mr. Sam Washington, with whom we signed papers with. The guys (Hector Diaz & Camron were able to get my old vehicle from the Kia dealership & made sure it safely got to their dealership & were able to give me some trade-in allowance.
