I came to this dealership because Southern motors jeep in Springfield Georgia tried to stick it to me. Jeep customer care referred me to this dealership because of the outstanding report from customers. The Springfield Georgia tried to stick it to me. The previous dealership could not find and fix the issue but came up with 10 other things that were wrong to charge more money. Then to find out the replaced parts they put on were installed wrong. The previous dealership had my 2018 jeep with 32k miles for almost 8 months and could not fix the issue but had a long list of expensive stuff to try. Jeep customer care referred me to Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM and the Service manager Jack who was absolutely amazing and understanding. Jack not only went above and beyond to help when he did not have to, but the service there was fast and amazing. What another dealership could not figure out in almost 8 months was done in 2 days.
