I called 3 working days ahead and scheduled an appointment for a routine oul change. My appointment time was set for Monday 8:30AM. I arrived 15min earlier as I was informed by the receptionist, b appointment for a routine oul change. My appointment time was set for Monday 8:30AM. I arrived 15min earlier as I was informed by the receptionist, but my car was not released until 10:50AM. I was told the shop was waiting for an oil filter after 10:30AM when I grew overly impatient waiting. The dealership sold me an awesome car but their service department is slow and the receptionists never follow up to notify me of their delays. Very unprofessional More
