I started by contacting the dealer via their website. Kelli contacted me and sent me a personal video of the car. She was very helpful and responsive. Nathan Philips also was very informative. I took my truck in for a check on Friday 10/18/2024 for a clicking/popping sound in the front end of my 2024 Ram 1500. I ad advised that everything was fine with the vehicle but I could follow up with the pl clicking/popping sound in the front end of my 2024 Ram 1500. I ad advised that everything was fine with the vehicle but I could follow up with the place that put the lift on. I took the truck to another shop today who advised me my passenger cv axle was the problem. Now, I purchased this truck brand new and within a week the driver side cv axle has to be replaced. Now the passenger side? But I was told all of those parts were “fine” on Friday. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership since I purchased this truck. Still to this days has never been detailed as promised. I love my truck and that’s why I am keeping it but I can assure you, I will never purchase another Ram and especially from Jimmy Britt in Statesboro. I will go back to Gm who never ever gave me a problem rather my truck was lifted or not. -Josie. More
