When I got there, the vehicle was not available and instead of saying that upfront she started showing me other vehicles. After test driving a vehicle I asked about the vehicle that I was there for and I was informed that it was sold. While the service was the fastest that I’ve experienced the level of honesty could be higher. If the vehicle was not available then I would not have driven over an hour to the dealership. I was brushed off when asking about other cars and ultimately ended up getting a car that I didn’t want. I didn’t leave with the car though. During my drive home I thought about the process that I had experienced and decided that I didn’t want to go through with the purchase. Hopefully, no one else will experience this. More
