From the moment I walked in, the entire team made the experience seamless and stress-free. A special shout-out goes to Mrs. Minnie Cooper, who was my saleswoman. Even though she doesn't typically sell Kia models, she went out of her way to assist me. She was not only incredibly patient and dependable, but she also advocated for me every step of the way. Thanks to her, what could have been a complicated process after my previous car was wrecked turned into a genuinely positive and easy experience. Went in for oil change and tire rotation, paid for the service, I checked to see if the tire rotation was done and it was not done at all, they knew it was suppose to be done but just didn’t do it. The se service, I checked to see if the tire rotation was done and it was not done at all, they knew it was suppose to be done but just didn’t do it. The service manager didn’t even try to make it right, she just told me she will refund the tire rotation and I could be on my way. This was after she reviewed the camera. I have purchased 5 brand new vehicles from Jimmy Britt but now I will never go back there again, you just lost a great customer! More
