Marlon was professional with excellent follow. Rayon was professional as well but failed in areas of follow up. He did not closely review car for me. I had asked raynn to do hands on check of vehicle and I strongly doubt that occurred. I bought 4 expensive vehicles out of state over time and all sales/deliveries were seamless. This one was a great disappointment. I had stated to Rayon I would yield a favorable survey however that was premature. In the end I found slackness. Marlon on the other hand always followed up in a timely manner with tasking. Sorry but I would definitely not recommend ur dealership at least for out of state sales. A couple of minor problems arose. However I received a follow up dealership call and the resolution concern was superlative. Truly the best out of state buy I’ve ever experienced. I can’t believe this is the same dealership I took my car to last year!! Everyone was incredible. And my Jeep runs better than ever. I had complained several times that the back windshield wiper made a ‘clu to last year!! Everyone was incredible. And my Jeep runs better than ever. I had complained several times that the back windshield wiper made a ‘clunking’ sound. I was subsequently told that ‘all Jeeps do that’. I stopped mentioning it. This last time, I never mentioned it, but when I turned on the back wiper - it didn’t make the noise. I am so very pleased with the service I received, and this is the best my car has run in the 2 years I’ve been taking it to this dealership. I will recommend this dealership. People there are fantastic. More
