It was Robbie's 3rd day on the job and he had the most difficult customer (my dad) he could have possibly had. He was SO great. Just super polite but it was natural for him - no fake niceties. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased through Jefferson City Machens. The second one through Jacob. Jacob is easy going and not pushy like some salesmen can be.
