Roberto was a complete professional through the entire experience. Prior to driving 40 minutes to the dealership we asked him to verify things about the van and he did so and sent pictures to us. When we went there, he was not pushy, he was very patient, and had all the information about the van. He took care of everything for us as we went to financing too. We were so lucky to have drawn Roberto and make our buying experience easy. He was also very patient with our children. As for the dealership—PLEASE WEAR MASKS—CONSIDER BUYERS AND FAMILIES!!! On that note, Roberto always wore a mask and seemed to be the only person aware there was a pandemic going on! More
