Very disappointing. I was there for over 2 hours for a simple tune up and oil change. Apparently there was other work that needed to be done to the car but instead of coming out and letting me know, I was simple tune up and oil change. Apparently there was other work that needed to be done to the car but instead of coming out and letting me know, I was sent an email. Not everyone sits around waiting for someone to email them. As well, I looked at the list of things that were supposed to be checked and according to the list, they checked the rear wiper blade that I have asked 3 times now to be changed and the same dry rotted blade is still on it. Must not have checked it very well, if at all. And as far as no one coming out to let me know anything because of the Corona virus, you can save that excuse. Several people from the sales department were coming in getting coffee and talking with people without wearing a mask. Overall experience, very disappointing. More
