Since we live approximately three hours away I had contacted the dealership by phone to inquire if they still had the vehicle and what type trade difference concerning my trade. I spoke with a very nice young man, Christian. He was very helpful and after our discussion we decided to go to the dealership the next day. Upon arrival we were met by Christian and we looked at the truck in question. My wife and I did not really care for the truck. The sales manager, Brian, over heard our conversation concerning we did not really care for the truck after driving and looking it over. Brian asked if we would be interested in a new 2019 left over truck, brand new. He needed to sell the left over 2019 vehicles and he would make us a very good deal.We were open to his offer and drove a 2019 Ford F-150 with a lot of options. Naturally my wife liked the vehicle but we just could not reach the desired payment.We left and the next day I had reviewed their inventory and found another used truck on line. I had called Christian and he said they have that truck, but it is currently at their other store. They would go get it.We arranged to return to the dealership the next day.The next day before going to the dealer ship, while waiting for my wife to get ready for the journey I was reviewing their new 2019 inventory and located a 2019 that was about three thousand dollars less the the one my wife liked the day before. I thought that maybe they could reach our payment goal on that truck. I contacted Christian by phone and informed him and he said he would have both the trucks there upon our arrival. As we returned to the dealership and met by Christian after reviewing all options we decided to purchase the first 2019 that my wife really liked. Christian and his sales manager, Brian were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. My wife and I were treated with the upmost respect and consideration.I highly recommend this dealership and staff.I can not say enough on their behalf. Both Brian and Christian are an asset to that dealership and should be recognized for their patients and knowledge. More
