Good pre-visit service, slow at-dealer service I communicated with the dealership a couple weeks prior to visiting because it was a good drive away with prompt service via text message. We set up a meeting time on the weekend to finalize everything and I still managed to have to wait three hours to get "my turn". That was frustrating. The people themselves were very nice and they had a very nice waiting area with soda, water, coffee(Starbucks cappuccino machine), popcorn, and ice cream. It was a good overall experience but it could have definitely been a experience once at the dealership. As soon as I pulled out to head back home the check engine light came on so I turned back to ask about it. They somewhat dealt with it but kind of tried to say it was the battery. I've since taken it to my local Ford dealership twice for two different issues, exterior thermostat and EVAP system. Both are covered under warranty so no real issues but I feel like it probably should have been checked over better if the light is triggered after only a few mile test drive. More
