Good salespeople, but oh the paperwork misery! I have bought several cars from this dealer over the years, and had a salesperson looking for what I thought I wanted. As we were looking at cars, my salesman stopped and said “Would a nice xxxx work for you?” Looking at the specs, it did. The salesperson, sales manager, and I got the deal together. Then everything turned sour. I had to cross the street and talk with a business manager. I had to wait quite a while. The general manager saw the situation and rescued me from the queue. A couple days later, more paperwork. Not so long a wait but still too long. It shouldn’t be this hard. More
