They were suppose to call us when it was finished because we were just walking around wasting time, over an hour and a half, but nobody called. Lack of counmication and excessive repair times I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2.5 years ago. My engine needed to be replaced, and due to numerous issues with Fords across the country, it took 9 I purchased a brand new Ford Focus 2.5 years ago. My engine needed to be replaced, and due to numerous issues with Fords across the country, it took 9 weeks to get the parts and repair my vehicle. I pay each month for an extended warranty and I was constantly made to feel as though the dealership was doing me a favor by providing me with a vehicle (keep in mind I pay for this service). I had to change out the first rental because I “had it too long.” At this point I was sent to a local car rental company who gave me a vehicle with expired plates. This resulted in yet another vehicle swap, and just getting the local Ford dealership to communicate with me was like pulling teeth. Terrible experience overall, and I can’t wait to get rid of this Ford so that I never have to deal with them again. More
