He made me feel really comfortable and not pressured into making a decision that day. The next time I came in My sales person was John Lange. He listened to everything I wanted in a car and didn't once stray away from his mission of finding what was best for me. He went over an beyond anything I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I never once felt pressured into something I didn't want. Once he found the perfect car for me Joe Machens gave me a great trade in value for my car! It was an offer I could not pass up!! Once John got done with finding my car they sent me over to the finances side Leah Brandt went over all the options I could do to help since I am a soon to be newly wed. She too went over and beyond for me! I have never felt so good about a big decision in my life! They made it easy for me and pain free!! Joe Herx is fantastic I spoke with Joe one day while I was having my F150 serviced about looking for an F150 Lariat, I wanted to upgrade. Joe wrote down my wish list and ph I spoke with Joe one day while I was having my F150 serviced about looking for an F150 Lariat, I wanted to upgrade. Joe wrote down my wish list and phone number and in about a week he called me to come in and see a sharp F150 Lariat with only 5000 miles. I went in the following day and the truck was immaculate and was exceptional. Joe and Chris Wiedmier allowed me more on my trade than I had expected and we was able to complete the transaction. Joe and Chris are very professional and personable and go above what is expected to satisfy their customer. I already have shared my satisfaction with their service to others. More
