I dealt with Jamie in the service bay. Upon my arrival for my scheduled appointment, he told me they were over booked. Asked if I wish to reschedule since it would take longer than normal. We found working with Austin and the Jimmy Britt crew to be very easy and laid back. No haggling back and forth and they pay attention to customer satisfaction. Beginning making appointment person was hard to understand and acted like they were ignorant of vehicles and weren’t listening to what I said was the problem. Check in person who was a different person acted about as clueless and called me multiple times with price information…. Like get it together man!
