Their straightforward, honest approach to selling cars is very refreshing. Bob and Pat were great in this regard. But a very large part of my positive experience at Joe Rizza can be attributed to Alyssa. From the first moment I spoke on the phone with her, it was clear that she valued me as a customer. Throughout my time at the dealership, she was very accommodating- she helped my wife with paperwork from afar, allowed me to organize my new car while waiting for the financial folks, and even took me for a fresh tank of gas after. And then she picked up paperwork from my home to bring to the dealer and brought back copies that evening, which was completely above and beyond. Thank you! More
