"6 P's . Proper planning prevents piss poor production " Everybody was very friendly , professional, and knowledgeable . I was in and out , within one hour & 10 minutes . I was in for my vehicle's first oil change , tire rotation , etc. The few unanswered questions that I had , were answered immediately . My vehicle was washed before it was returned to me .I greatly appreciate this service department because they care about me as a customer....and it shows . More
