Beyond expectations I stopped in for an oil change and the service advisor informed me that they would also be able to take care of a recall that was on my vehicle while I stopped in for an oil change and the service advisor informed me that they would also be able to take care of a recall that was on my vehicle while I was there. This was extremely helpful as it meant I did not need to schedule a separate appointment and pay for a rental car or sit there for 5 hours with my two year old. They where done in half then time then was expected. Everyone was very friendly and I was happy to watch HGTV while I waited! More

Huge Disappointment! I didn't expect such a huge disappointment from the extended warranty I had purchased. The assistance, and concern that was offer was extremely POOR! It was take definitely more than 25 words to express how I was served! No communication during the process. Each day I was the only one following up on updates. Didn't service my car; which was being serviced from a previous request to have repaired, but instead of doing the proper work a temporary fix that had been taken didn't resolve the problem. Their maintenance team that suppose to be experience mechanics should had not taken the route taken to repair car, and did the proper WAY!!! I was so disappointed 😔. Ford now have a guarantee discontinue VIP customer that have purchased 4 cars with the company; had all scheduled service that was needed taken back to Ford to have it taken care of, customer that in the market for 3 new cars for my family.
