He has gone over the car's on Rizza's website. So when the ST Edge came up, we made our decision and came in!! When we talked to Bob Burke about the additional warranties, he helped us to understand what each one was for. With the ST being very high tech SUV, we understood the importance of these warranties. We like the fact things were EXPLAINED but not forced or doing a "sales job" to get these warranties. I listed others below because I have worked and known them for years; being a faithful Ford patron. Everyone I mentioned below has always been fair and honest with me/us. My husband, Emil and I, appreciate the treatment we get and always made us feel like VIP. One of the reasons why we come to Rizza Ford for any new cars as well as any services we need.
