Second oil change Like pick up & drop off for oil change, etc. Beautiful when returned. Concierge changed, not notified. Why put all those pages in the owner manual if you aren't going to fill them out and put in the "Dealer Stamp?" More

it's a circus with no ringleader I was waiting for someone to call to say my car was ready, no one called so I called. I called again, put on hold and after some time the girl that was there told me the service manager (Eduardo Rodriguez) would call me back. He didn't call me so I called him and he told me he called twice, I asked "what number did you call"? He called my house number about two minutes apart when I actually gave him my cell number because I was at work, and I told him to call my cell, and he is in charge??? when I went to get the car the girl was totally ignorant and told me to " just over there someone will bring your car up". I am sure she knew I was the one complaining but wouldn't you think she would be doing everything to try to make things better??? More
First Lincoln My wife and I were car shopping thru Costco auto sales and Joe Rizza was the Ford / Lincoln Dealership nearest us.We were very pleased with the sales My wife and I were car shopping thru Costco auto sales and Joe Rizza was the Ford / Lincoln Dealership nearest us.We were very pleased with the sales team , we actually were there twice , Friday and Saturday working out our deal.We decided on a Lincoln and closed the deal , financing was a breeze , we agreed on an extended warranty and a maintenance program to ease our minds then came Alyssa Young to teach us about all the technology we just purchased.She spent as much time as we needed to drive and understand our new car. As I previously said so far we are very pleased with all the staff we have dealt with , I highly recommend Joe Rizza. More

Al has an uncanny way of knowing what is the best car for you! The very first car that he brought out for me was perfect and that's what I bought! So grateful to Gary for giving me such a great salesperson to work with. And Gary took the time out of his busy schedule to help too! The whole place is just great. I love the no pressure and relaxed feeling that everyone showed me while I was there. They now feel like family. I previously had very bad car shopping experiences elsewhere before I came to Rizza. I even probably kept my car too long because I dreaded shopping for a car. I did not experience one unkind or pushy person from start to finish! What a relief and I have a dream car too! More
