Took too long just for oil change. Waited 15 minutes before anyone approached me for my appointment. No clue of their process. Took over 2 hours for an oil change and no loaner. Usually use the valet service... will continue using until warranty is up then I will look for a new vehicle. The wash and sweep were done well and the service tech was nice. More
