Service Excellent service by Lauren, she was very professional. During the busy time, Scott forgot about putting my car in the work que, after waiting for a Excellent service by Lauren, she was very professional. During the busy time, Scott forgot about putting my car in the work que, after waiting for about 2 hours I asked Lauren the status of my oil change. Lauren could not find my status and discovered my car was not in the work que for service. Lauren then took care of making sure I was next for service. Scott did apologize for the mishap. More

I didn't know that I needed to shoe the coupon the is mailed to the service person that took the cars. When I got to the cashier it was if I irratated her by providing the coupon, she called the gentleman back to the booth he was upset that I didn't give it to him in the beginning. I said forget it and paid thr price my remote starter is not working properly but was told I had to make another appointment to see why. Now a week later I have a engine light on. New appt set. More

But they did the job , I picked up truck and they call saying some part was in and the truck had to go back! No one communicated this at all. Picking up truck no one went over anything as well . So Un professional! they have a young girl working in evenings with EarPods in her ear and extremely unprofessional as well. Worst service dep I have been to. Bad customer service, no follow up , no one returns calls I purchased my vichecle ends of July, 2018 immediately I had concerns and brought the vehicle back in August the issue was not resolve. I brought back the vehicle back December 11, 2018. I was told they will need to keep it over night and will let me know if the service will be cover by the insurance. Well the one over night ended 3 nights and the work was done with out informing me of price before hand. I question such actions and was told by Ike that nothing could be done , even though I called consistently prior to getting work done and no one ever returned my call. When I disputed work I was given the managers number David whom I left numerous messages and no response either. When in frustration I called the number for the service area,the young lady just kept forwarding me without letting me ask any further questions. I was billed for a service that did not fix the problem, a was billed $50.00 for an oil change that was supposed to be 39.50. Unfortunately my family lost a love one in a tragic matter on 12/21 that I haven’t been able to call corporate or someone who could look into this matter. More

This is by far the best experience. Joe Rizza does it right. I purchased my truck 3 days ago as which time I ordered spray in bedliner and a tonneau cover. My salesman was Al. Very knowledgeable and experienced, I purchased my truck 3 days ago as which time I ordered spray in bedliner and a tonneau cover. My salesman was Al. Very knowledgeable and experienced, along with the general manager Gary, together they made my transaction very seamless and pleasurable. Bob Russ explain the different types of tonneau covers and attributes of each design. I ordered the one I liked along with a spray bed liner. Bob called me the next day to let me know if my cover will be in on Friday only 3 days after my purchase. Upon arrival in the morning Bob had a loaner vehicle ready for me and once again it only took a few minutes to handle everything. My truck was ready at 3 ok, and boy, did they do a good job... as much as I try to nitpick something just couldn't find it. If you want it done right, to Joe Rizza. I know I will next time. More
