I am still waiting on a response from phone message and email regarding 2nd service experience that didn't go well either on 2/12/2019. I did not receive a email to write a review because it would have been a negative review also. I keep getting the run around about my remote started that was installed with Rizza. I am also still waiting on a follow up for the part for the check engine light that is now on in the vehicle no explanation as to why it's on. Only that I would be called when the part comes.very dissatisfied.
