When I found out my Explorer probably wouldn't be ready that day I asked for a loaner. I was told there were none. I had to assert myself a little because I had no other means of transportation. I was told that my issues couldn’t be addressed unless I bought new tires when I believe I didn’t need new tires. Also, I was quoted $119.00 to program a blank key.
