I am very happy customer of Joe Rizza Ford in Orland pk. I just have work done on my cargo van, all went very smoothly I brought the van on Monday I think Mark the diesel mechanic investigated the iss pk. This is the third time I have brought my vehicle in for the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. The staff has been dismissive telling me this happens the same issue. The luggage rack continues to come undone. One time the entire thing flew off. The staff has been dismissive telling me this happens to all ford explorers. However I have two family members with the exact same car as mine and this has never happened to them. I would like to talk to someone who actually cares and can help take care of the problem instead of getting the response of “that happens”. I have another service appointment so this will be 4 times for the same issue. This is not acceptable for the amount of money this car costs. More

Marvelous Experience I recently purchased my first vehicle at this dealership, a 2019 Equinox. My sales representative was Isaias Remijio.
