We did not appreciate the person driving the cars through the service bay as we were standing there. She almost hit my husband. When the service advisor spoke to her about this, she laughed. Auto body shop The auto body shop here I have used a few times over the last several years. There quality in workmanship and pride has gone down hill. I had my 2016 The auto body shop here I have used a few times over the last several years. There quality in workmanship and pride has gone down hill. I had my 2016 CR-V in recently and the keep messing it up had been in the shop for a minor repair twice and it’s going to need to go back again. It looks worse each time I get it back and more is wrong. They had it almost 3 weeks this last time and I am waiting to contact the shop manager and possibly the dealership owner this week to see what can can be done. I am beyond dissatisfied. More
Disappointed I have been going here for 10 years. Sad to say it is NOT the same service oriented facility it once was. My last 2 appointments to the service shop I have been going here for 10 years. Sad to say it is NOT the same service oriented facility it once was. My last 2 appointments to the service shop have been frustrating. Even a simple service was lacking in that I had a headlight out and I was told all was ok according to the paperwork. I showed the service person that it indeed I had a headlight out and it was not caught during the service. Then I get these surveys that no one reads because they only want to hear how good they are doing and no one wants to address any issues. Phone calls / emails and texts but no correction. More

She is just so personable! Michael was very pleasant and friendly. Tyler did a great job at helping me learn about some new features I’d never encountered before. Last but not least Terry helped finalize the deal. If it were not for him telling me to come on in, I might not have a vehicle right now! I just want to thank everyone for making me feel comfortable in every aspect of my car buying experience! More
Where’s my car I found a new car on line, at a fair price. It was an Honda HRV EX AWD. I called the dealership to see if it was still available. Gracie, the internet I found a new car on line, at a fair price. It was an Honda HRV EX AWD. I called the dealership to see if it was still available. Gracie, the internet sales person confirmed it’s availability. She arranged an appointment the next day with Ryan, a sales rep.. Gracie called the next morning, to make sure I was still coming. The trip was between one hour and fifteen to thirty minutes, but I was going to buy the car I found on line. I arrived at John Hinderer Honda, and located Ryan, the sales rep.. Ryan went to get the HRV, and brought it around. The car was beautiful, but it had a rack on top, and the price was $900.00 higher. I was shocked. I asked about the car in the add, but was told they added the rack, splash guards, and a fancy wax job, totaling real close to $900.00. I was introduced to the sales manager that justified the change in price, which changed between my home in Galion and Heath, by the fine print on the bottom of the add page that he said they could do just about anything they wanted, and the sales manager said Honda urged dealers to do so. I called my wife, she told me to just leave. I left my home at 9:30am and returned at 2:30, with no car. Where can I buy a car at the advertised price? The HRV I looked at had a msrp of $26,165 which included shipping and handling. After the dealer added equipment the price is $27065.50. The car I went to see was advertised at $24,072.00 on line at my home, and changed by $900.00 when I got to the dealer in Heath. More

He helped me figure out the service needed for the next time. Best of all, he helped me save money by using my Reward points that had been saved up from 2015 that I never knew in had!
