We are really sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your new to you car! We certainly hope that all cars meet everyone's expectations all the time, but unfortunately things can happen with them from time to time as car's are after all, mechanical. We apologize if you felt you shouldn't have to spend any $ to have your car evaluated by a technician, and we TOTALLY AGREED, therefore we inspected your car as a complimentary gesture for you and your family. After evaluation, it appears that part of your brake slides have frozen, causing unnecessary wear to the brake components. This can happen and we see from time to time and we see it commonly at the dealership with the model you are driving here at the dealership. For the record, John Hinderer Honda offered to resurface your rotors at NO CHARGE to you, and suggested that you pay to replace your brake pads to get a great deal of wear out of your system while we were doing the labor at $0 cost. The cost would be significantly different than what you stated in your note, more like $400. Of course we always offer all known history on any pre-owned car that we offer for sale, however the problem you experienced doesn't have anything to do with the vehicle's previous history. History is a great predictor of what you can anticipate in the future, but doesn't offer any guarantee.
