Nice people, great waiting area, slow service The staff are all nice and the waiting area is inviting. Be prepared to wait for two hours for a simple oil change. Oil change and tire rotation for my wife’s 2017 Ridgeline . I also had the alignment checked and I only waited about 45 minutes in the car was finished complete with a wash job as well, I’m very satisfied . I Love JHH! This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from John Hinderer Honda. I feel that they give a “no nonsense” approach to buying or leasing. Melissa has a This is the 6th vehicle we have purchased from John Hinderer Honda. I feel that they give a “no nonsense” approach to buying or leasing. Melissa has always made our experience great! She is incredibly knowledgeable! In the past at other dealers it is at least a full day process. This past purchase took a little over 2 hours from walking in the door to driving away! I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Melissa!! More

Joesph was incredible. The business department not so much. Joesph was absolutely awesome. He took the time to give us great options. Steering us clear of things that would waste our time. My daughter just totaled her first car last week. She was fine. We were forced to take gap insurance with that car. We got a terrible deal. State Farm gave us $4900 for the car . We owed 4200 dollars. We had only been paying 2 months with 500 down. That mandatory gap insurance was completely unnecessary. My wife has also totaled 2 cars in the past 20 years. We have never been upside down on any car. I have been with State Farm for 30 years. I trust them. So when the initial financing came back with the gap insurance and platinum coverage , I emphatically refused both. Yet when we went to sign the papers with Taylor , there they were again. After he went on a 3 minute spiel of why we were going to take this gap insurance and platinum coverage , I once again said no thanks. You would have thought I slapped him. He asked why not? I shouldn’t have to explain myself when I flatly told him no. He then proceeded to show us another paper with another “scare tactic” of how we would lose thousands of dollars without gap coverage. Once again, no. The same question I had to say no to 3 times. I was made to feel abnormal for not taking it. I am not sure how much money your dealership makes from selling this gap coverage but it’s not enough to make me feel uncomfortable. All that being said, Joesph was just about the most outstanding salesman I have ever dealt with. I’ve been a retail manager for 27 years. He is pure gold for your company and deserves all the accolades he gets. If Joesph is there for our next car, we will definitely be back. More
