Difficult car trouble to diagnose I had taken my old Honda Accord to my local dealer 3 separate times for a recurring engine problem that would come and go, and they didn't fix it prop I had taken my old Honda Accord to my local dealer 3 separate times for a recurring engine problem that would come and go, and they didn't fix it properly. not good salesman was excellent.. sales manager was very aggressive. three day exchange policy is misleading. No fine print in pamphlet I should have delayed purchase but was lead into immediate delivery. My own fault but ::::: .tried to upgrade to better vehicle. but was told could not get same discount. Might be correct but you have no way of knowing without a lot of research. Buying should be a pleasant experience but my experience was sad. Also zero financing is misleading. Best advise is to visit more then one dealership.....especially honda . . More

Exceptional experience I have drove a Honda for over 20 yrs. This was my first experience with John Hinderer. I will be returning again and again and advising my friends and I have drove a Honda for over 20 yrs. This was my first experience with John Hinderer. I will be returning again and again and advising my friends and family to also consider Hinderer. Every department of the sales process was excellent. Everyone took their time answering any questions I had. Made me very comfortable making very tough decisions. Lots of laughs were had and just an overall feeling that the staff wasn’t in it just sell a car no matter the circumstances (unlike another local Honda dealer). Thank Ron and all staff for helping me get a beautiful new car. More

Addressed all my concerns and questions. Staff fully addressed my questions regarding items on the 30,000 service list and my questions regarding tire wear patterns. Had me in and out in 2 hr Staff fully addressed my questions regarding items on the 30,000 service list and my questions regarding tire wear patterns. Had me in and out in 2 hrs. And the waiting area is very nice, lots of sitting room, wide range of refreshments, internet service, clean rest room. It was a very good experience. This was probably my 6 or 7th visit. Always this nice. One area of improvement though: suggested or recommended service s/b brought to my attention during service in case I wanted to take care of it that day. More
