We strive to deliver thorough service, I apologize that we haven't been able to properly resolve this issue for you so far. We understand your frustration with the intermittent blower motor issue and are happy to help you further. The key to the resolution is to bring in the vehicle while the noise is occurring. Our service team cannot diagnose an issue if it is not present at the time of the appointment, as our company expects technicians to address issues when the vehicle is present.
