The online dealer credit app had a third party disclosure form that was NOT bank related. it gave the dealership permission to spy and sell my private info to anyone for all time. No opt out box. Drove 35 minutes to dealer and was told the new car (misrepresented) was a dealer trade driven in with hundreds of miles on it. They demanded I sign the disclosure form again to profit off of my private info. They let me walk out. sales person did not know the difference between a banking disclosure and a general disclosure.
