I have been getting my service done at all the small shops, Tire Discounters, Bob Sumeral, Goodyear, Firestone, etc. I have been treated rudely, been yelled at and lied to, My car is old so I never tho shops, Tire Discounters, Bob Sumeral, Goodyear, Firestone, etc. I have been treated rudely, been yelled at and lied to, My car is old so I never thought to go to the dealer but my son suggested I do so. I'm so happy to say that his suggestion was the best move I ever made. I was treated with total respect, friendliness, helpfulness and honesty.
