I called for a quote, Michael asked if I could move forward that day, I said no. Never heard from him again. I called again for a quote, worked with Romil. He was a typical cars salesman. When he needed an answer, he would call, text, leave vm, incessantly but when I needed an answer, I always had to follow up. He wasted a lot of my time and was terrible and giving directions. He didn’t make the process easy. I have had better car buying experiences in the past, but I wanted the Odyssey quick so I just dealt with it More
