I had previously went to two dealerships in Northern NJ - Paramus and West Caldwell. The Paramus salesman was a little agressive and abrupt. The guy at West Caldwell was downright obnoxious. When we changed our mind about the Honda Accord Sport because of the low-profile tires, she did not try to talk us into it. She found us another great deal and we walked out happy. I would 100% do another deal at Joyce Honda, but it has to be with Melissa! More
