I made the mistake of dropping off my car the night before. After calling customer service 5 times, and leaving messages for return calls, I finally got an answer THE NEXT DAY about my car. I realize my car is under a company name but I gave this information to customer service and on the voicemails. Ironically your "new sales" department was able to reach me to try to try to buy my car. But the service dept. didn't even know my car was there. If you aren't going to check the drop box, don't bother having it. And return phone calls. More
Called me with a supposed VIP event, and offered a vehicle at MSRP. After driving 4 hours to get there I was told no one should have told me that and that it was 4,000 above MSRP.
