I just purchased a 2018 HRV on March 25 2021 at 5 pm gave a $500. The salesman Francisco Martinez has yet to show me all my features , at this time we could Not get my IPHONE to load maps (navigation). which was key in my discussion to buy this HRV . The fact that my time was not important nor I and the lie from the Salesman and Poor transaction from business management they where all blaming each other while I waited and waited . More

Bad communication. Was told pressure switch was the cause of the problem so I paid for the replacement but problem remains unresolved.
