If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This was one of the most dishonest and unprofessional car-buying experiences I’ve had. I left a $500 refundable deposit on a 2020 Toyota RAV4 after they agreed to replace the windshield “free of charge.” When I came back to complete the deal, they tried to rush me into signing without letting me properly inspect the car. Once I did, I found clear signs of a prior accident (repainted panels, replaced driver’s door, panel gaps). The “new” windshield they installed already looked defective. When I pointed it out, my salesperson Laura said “if anything happens there is warranty on the windshield,” and when I asked for details: “I’m not sure but you can just go inside and sign and we’ll figure that out later.” Completely unacceptable. When I refused to move forward, the manager, Luis, became aggressive and berated me then proceeded to try to pressure me into buying another car. Getting my deposit back was a nightmare. I was sent back and forth between locations, made to wait, avoided, and even referred to as “an angry customer.” They tried to tell me I had to wait until Monday to get my money back. After nearly 2 hours of wasted time, I finally got my $500 back. This place is disorganized at best and deceptive at worst. Between the lack of transparency, pressure tactics, and complete disregard for customers’ time, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. More
brought my van in because of a dead battery problem. When I returned to the van the battery was dead. I explained this to your people and after looking at the van they couldn't find anything wrong. My son who also had a Honda van and experienced the same problem a number of times and also had it looked at my Joyce. it was a new van at the time , he traded it in within the 1st year because of this problem happening a number of times to him. I have heard that Honda has a problem when you exit the vehicle like I did and you return to a dead battery My van is a handicap accessible van which I use to transport my wife in a full size wheelchair. I always keep up with the maintenance on the van to avoid what I went through, More
