While many of the vehicles you see in line at 8:00 AM do have scheduled appointments, we also accept a limited number of early walk-ins and drop-offs each morning. Some customers arrive early—sometimes even before our doors open—especially if they have tight schedules or concern, they want to address right away. That said, we absolutely understand how frustrating it can feel to arrive early for a scheduled appointment and still end up waiting. You made an appointment for a reason—and your time is valuable. It might help to think of appointments as a way to guarantee your place in the service schedule, but not always your exact position in line at check-in, especially during high-traffic times. However, we do prioritize emergencies and try to keep things moving as efficiently and fairly as possible. If you ever find yourself in an urgent situation or simply need a faster turnaround, please don’t hesitate to call us ahead of time—we’ll do everything we can to accommodate and expedite your visit. You're absolutely right—clear communication is essential, especially when it involves vehicle service and loaner arrangements. That is not the level of transparency or care we aim to provide, and I understand how this made you feel uncertain and uncomfortable.
