Charles was very professional when servicing my 2017 Honda CR-V. I also have a 2011 Honda CR-V which Joyce Honda services both of my vehicles. Charles was great with keeping me updated on the issue my 2 Honda CR-V. I also have a 2011 Honda CR-V which Joyce Honda services both of my vehicles. Charles was great with keeping me updated on the issue my 2017 was having which was a bad fuel injector needing to replace all 4 injectors. I really enjoy the text message updates and video clips Joyce Honda technicians send me while my car is being worked on so I can see for myself what things look like that need to be replaced. Very great feature. I would also like to mention Shubi another service advisor at Joyce Honda who I have been dealing with when it comes to my 2011 CR-V and she has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable as well. Charles & Shu have been great along with everyone at Joyce Honda and I appreciate the work being done properly with a multi point inspection. However, I do have one complaint which has nothing to do with the people mentioned above as this is a Honda complaint. I do not like the fact that there’s a $250.00 diagnosis fee to just tell me what’s wrong and if I decide not to get the work done I still have to pay for the diagnosis test. This in my opinion pushes customers away from the dealer to go elsewhere just for the diagnosis to save that initial fee. I understand that Honda removes that diagnostic fee if you have them do the work but it’s a bit high of a fee. I asked the representative when he checked me in for recall appointment that I needed something fix in the opening of the gas tank and when I picked up my car I noticed it was not fixed. All they needed to do was look into it, I wasn’t asking to get something done for free. I don’t understand what happened to service at Joyce Honda? I will not be bringing my car back to this location where customers get disregarded when they have a concern. More

I was told that I have a transmission problem that needs replacement $12,000 the only issue was wrong with the car was replaced spark plug and the coils. Very very disappointed with the misdiagnosed.
