What you described is not the level of care or attention we expect to provide, especially for a service as routine as an oil change or fluid service. We sincerely apologize for the repeated visits, the initial misdiagnosis, and most importantly for the transmission fluid being left a quart low. We understand how alarming it is to be told this after experiencing unusual noises, and your concern about potential long-term damage is completely valid. This should not have happened, and we take responsibility for the inconvenience and worry it caused. We also apologize for your prior visit where oil was accidentally sprayed on your vehicle and for the added wait time and unpleasant odor afterward. That situation, combined with this most recent one, understandably adds to your disappointment. That said, we truly appreciate you recognizing Ernest. He consistently goes above and beyond for our customers, and we’re grateful you acknowledged his professionalism and dedication.
