They tried to scam us by adding GAP insurance even through we declined it. It was still marked as accepting it which added $16/month to the payment. They increased the loan amount percentage from what we were approved at in order to do that, making them gain almost $1200. Read the fine print of everything you sign. We almost walked out, but since they were able to show us the actual loan approval, we bought the car. However, that is the first and last car I will ever buy from them! More

I'm really not happy - I got my car fixed, got an "all good green" on the post-report for my battery and 2 days later it dies! Now my tire warning won't go off I don't know whose fault it is and so I am just rating everybody & everything poor because I am annoyed - so you can figure out who deserves how many stars. More
