My Acura RDX 2018 just had its second visit to Joyce Honda in two weeks, and that's a Good Thing! Joyce Honda in Randolph gained my trust with their excellent Service Advisor (Mike Douglas) who is hone Honda in two weeks, and that's a Good Thing! Joyce Honda in Randolph gained my trust with their excellent Service Advisor (Mike Douglas) who is honest, great communicator, and knowledgeable. This visit was a big job (IMHO) for a Timing Belt (full package), Serpentine Drive Belt, and front camshaft and crankshaft seals (my request for peace of mind). The cost was more than fair including my requested extras (drive belt and seals), and as far as I can tell the job was done well. I also appreciated that the job was done without the stress of any "up sells" that I occasionally encountered with Acura. More
