I get my Honda CR-V serviced at Joyce Honda mostly because of my many excellent experiences with Ernest B!!! He is great at communicating, answering questions, recommending things, giving advice, and because of my many excellent experiences with Ernest B!!! He is great at communicating, answering questions, recommending things, giving advice, and explaining options. Ernest has a great memory about his customers and their cars. I tried to schedule an appointment to address a recall - qi was told they were scheduling four months out - I scheduled for February 10th - done directly on the phone - yet was told I HAD NO APPOINTMENT.
