Joyce Honda - Service Center

This is not the dealership that I bought my Honda from. I had bought several Hondas from that dealership but they were awful with customer service. I travel from Queens to go to Joyce Honda. This is the second vehicle I purchased from Joyce Honda. I always brought the first CRV for complimentary oil changes and had all the maintenance taken care of and was very satisfied. The new CRV was not given the. same complimentary changes as I was told Joyce and Honda did not have a program at this time. In the future I will probably take the car to a Honda dealer the is 3 miles from my home as opposed to 12 miles for Joyce. More

I've unfortunately only been a Joyce Honda customer since around 2019. Well, can't change what's happened in the past but I'm happier than ever since I've switched from Toyota (was a customer of Toyota for around 2019. I am really very happy with the sales and service departments. Everyone is always a delight to deal with. It's almost as if each individual is a customer service manager and has to do his/her best to satisfy the customer. The extremely knowledgeable Kelly is my go to in the service dept. and Joe is the best salesman I've ever dealt with !! Jim Grecco was right many many years ago when he personally told me to switch over and try a Honda. Thanks to everyone More
