The sales process was the easiest it’s ever been. My issues reside in the service department, which unfortunately, is what you have to deal with the longest when owning your car. I’ve had a few bad experiences from the dealership keeping my car for multiple days to fix/assess several issues and not doing any of it, to not knowing what type of service package I have and claiming I have to pay for things that are covered due to the code being incorrect in the system (but never being fixed, to not ever having the parts in stock and having to come back for whatever it is that’s needed (resulting in my vehicle being there for even longer with no loaner).
