Steve Gonzalez was fantastic. He was helpful and kind. If the rating was solely based on him, it would be 5 stars. However, based on the fact this dealership forces you to finance He was helpful and kind. If the rating was solely based on him, it would be 5 stars. However, based on the fact this dealership forces you to finance with their bank and will not let you use any other, I cannot recommend it. I was forced to use a bank with an interest rate 2% higher than the rate I was able to find on my own. I would give them zero stars for that reason but bumped it to two stars because Steve was so wonderful. More

My scheduling of a routine maintenance on my vehicle was handling with efficiency & a very convenient appointment time was set up. Check in at newly built service area was smooth. The courtesy transportat handling with efficiency & a very convenient appointment time was set up. Check in at newly built service area was smooth. The courtesy transportation was made available to me so my waiting time for the service was at home. Contacted service dept. several hours later and arrangements for pick up was done directly with the driver. All paper work ready with the service rep. Christian, I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Would I bring my vehicle back in the future, absolutely! More
